I recently purchased this unit after having researched many different inversion tables. One reviewer going over different tables said regarding Health Mark Promax Inversion, “if you spend a little more money, you will get much more for it in this product.” They were right!
This piece of equipment is solid and well built. I’m about 275lbs and it handles me without any problem. It is so easy to maneuver yourself and you are comfortably clamped in with absolutely no risk of falling. It takes up the room of a medium sized recliner chair and only took a little more than one hour to set up.
My wife has had back problems for several years; she got on and liked it so much that it’s staying in the front room next to the couch, right where I wanted it! I don’t usually bother to writing reviews, but this table deserves it.

I had the teeter before but I was right at the limit. I am 6’6″ and 300lbs. That is exactly the limit of the teeter and with it’s scissor fold out Hmmmm legs… and you’re hanging upside down… well, it held me and it never dropped me buttttt, wasn’t a real secure feeling… Did someone say secure. This mark pro is about as secure as I have ever had. This thing is solid, solid in all aspects. It is comfortable and easy to operate. It is hands down the Rolls Royce of inversion tables. The teeter is the volkswagen… it is nice and good… My wife drives a VW but, I think you get my point. The downsides. I am tall so when it is extended to my height… the folcrum or however you spell it is not quite centered to start, so it takes some extra Pull on the bars to get me off the ground. The teeter was more balanced in the middle and I just raised my hands and I was launched to waitless center mass. This one doesn’t seem to do that but I simply just hold myself center mass, not that much effort but starting is. I get level so my back can get spasms out and start to relax and then I go upside down and hang then come back and so forth. The padding is very comfy and there is a sense of peace knowing how solid this thing is. IT holds 600lbs. That is crazy but you can see why how it is built. I think if you want THIS for a very very long time then this is the one. IF you are tall like me… a bit tricky but nothing to sweat about getting level but past level I go over and no problems. Having the big wide bars makes all this easy to do coming back up or otherwise. SOLID PRODUCT!

Bombproof design & construction!
I read product reviews of lots of other inversion tables, and decided to go with this one as I needed it for my clinic. This table is rated for 600 lb., over 2 times what any other tables I saw were rated for. It went together easily in about 1 1/2 hrs., and the only tricky part was the frame itself, and then only because the tolerances are tight, which now that it is together, will prevent any squirreliness. This table is particularly useful in that you can be face up or face down, and can easily use it either way by yourself and not be concerned about getting stuck. It also allows for the physician / body worker to work on the client in one of several pre set and rock solid positions. It doesn’t fold up, so make a permanent space. Overall is an excellent product with tight tolerances in its manufacture. I’ve had several over the past 30 yrs., and this is the best I’ve seen.

Health Club Grade!
Well designed and manufactured – built like a tank. It took a couple of hours to put together, but was worth the time and effort!

Rock Solid!
I have had this inversion table for 2 years and could not be more pleased with it! I am no little guy, but each time I step on it I feel completely safe. Whenever the inversion machine comes up in conversation, I recommend the Health Mark unit everytime.

Best Inversion Table – Hands Down
I am glad that I waited until I thoroughly researched these Inversion Therapy Tables before I decided on the Health Mark Pro Max brand. These Tables are well engineered and built, rated at six hundred (600) pounds and offer both face up & face down positioning.
Any persons whom may benefit from Inversion such as myself with, Severe Degenerative Disc Disease of my Cervical and Lumbar Spine (or other Spinal Decompression symptoms) should do well to bypass the other less expensive products such as the Teeter Hangups and invest in this Health Mark Pro. You will not regret the added expense as the cost/value ratio is far superior here.
I ordered mine through Wayfair, and at $738.98 & free shipping, I was quite pleased to receive in the very next afternoon! I truly never expected over night shipping as Wayfair was the lowest price on Amazon.
The unit was double boxed and that is a good thing as the shipping of this heavy product caused a few gouges in the outer boxing. The inner box proved effective in protecting every piece and the assembly was simple as most parts are pre assembled.
I needed only four (4) or five (5) – sessions of short duration before my body was able to adapt to the added blood rush to my head and now I used it every day for ten (10) or fifteen (15) minutes an hour and the adjustable bar gives the option of relaxing at five (5) separate inclinations as well as the full one hundred eighty (180) degree positions, either face up or face down – but I have floundered in the one hundred eighty (180) degree face down position needing help to return upright. Each of the other uses are very easily attained with out assistance and with more experience I suspect I will be able to not need help when hanging fully down in the face up position to return upright.
The relief of my lower back & neck pain is instant, yes I said instant and lasts for quite some time. While there is no cure for my conditions only – management, I am pleased to report that I find the value of spinal decompression on demand while in my own home – PRICELESS.
One more observation, I also have bilateral total knee replacements (five (5) years ago) and although I anticipated some type of Thigh Bone & Shin Bone pain using an Inversion Table, The Health Mark has padded adjustable supports and I have been very comfortable.

Awesome Machine
I purchased the Health Mark Pro Max table through Amazon. The product arrived ahead of schedule. I work as a master mechanic, so I know good mechanicals when I see them. This table is a work of art. Everything about it is top quality. The frame is very rugged, and the bearing assembly which the table pivots on is fantastic. Every tool needed was supplied. The material which the table is covered in is feels like suede, but is much tougher. The capacity of this table is 600 lbs., as opposed to 300 lbs. for others, and it shows! Well worth the $800.

This inversion table is perfect for what it was designed and that is performing inversion with flexibility, stability and precision. My father is 82 and on a trip last August to OC Maryland my father’s back was so bad his face was distended in pain and he could barely walk. He has rheumatoid arthritis for years and it finally brought his active life to a halt with the what the spinal/orthopedic surgeon called stenosis of the spine. The x-rays and mri’s showed the narrowing and compressing of the spine which was causing great pain due mostly to the sciatic nerve. I asked the surgeon if inversion would help and he of course said no way with this. I went ahead anyway to try and avoid eventual surgery. My father was game and I tried to buy a cheaper table but he insisted on this one and I am glad he held out. It has been a dream for us as it literally brought my father back to normalcy as the daily 10-20 minute sessions at the convenient preset angle has eliminated the back pain and leg pain to where he can now enjoy movements and walking without discomfort. He is lifting weights again and the happy face is back. I use it also and it has made my back much lither as I can turn completely and conformably doing golf or yoga. If you have the means get this one as it allows the most secure and varied routines and please try this before surgery if you can. You may get the same results and avoid surgery or heal better but know this machine works.

Just thought I’d add my comments about this product. I have owned three inversion tables and this one is #1. It is built very well, sturdy, and the option to invert face forward is a plus in my mind. The padding is comfortable and the fit and finish is as good as it gets. Some of my nit-picking would be that the the main adjusting bolt doesn’t have a sleeve or something to take up the slack when you begin inverting so it “shifts” very slightly as you tilt. Teeter has a set up that works well although their unit doesn’t hold 600#’s either. It’s no big deal just unnerving at first. In addition the main platform twists slightly due to a pad provided on the crossmemeber, a nice touch. It makes it nice when you come out of inversion, however, the platform “tweaks” slightly when you get on the unit. Also this unit is not like Teeter in that it doesn’t invert quite as easily when you raise or lower your arms. Just a different style I suppose. The circular arms are necessary, especially if you invert forward. This different feel of inversion is fine, just different from what I was used to. As far as price, I think I got what I paid for and I’m happy with it. It is not collapsable, but then I never moved my Teeter either and it was. These nitpicking comments are just my review/opinion and I’m always thinking of ways to make it better. Hope this helps your decision to purchase an inversion table.

Pro Max is a fantastic table for the money
Well made and works well- kinda big-but really it needs to be when it tips you all the way over where you are suspended in mid air not touching anything except what holds your feet in the machine- its worth the xtra $ for what you get-being able to hang on your stomach or on your back is a huge plus.

I have had excellent results using this table and it has enabled me to avoid surgery for my back. The product is very well built and easily supports my grandson who weighs over 400 pounds. The table also provides more usage options and higher weight limits then others I looked at. The table was shipped from the provider and arrived promptly. I have found the company personnel very easy and supportive to work with. They are very responsive to questions or requests for assistance/information. I highly recommend them and the product.

I had a serious fall many years ago. I have suffered back pain that nearly crippled me. Have tried many things conventional and unconventional to relieve the pain to no avail. I was told about this “inversion machine”.
So, nothing ventured …….nothing gained!!
Within a week I was almost free pain!!! I go on machine one to two times a day almost everyday. It is almost as bad as not brushing my teeth…I won’t do it!!! If you want a drug free relief for your pain, by all means, get the INVERSION MACHINE. And don’t think just any machine will do. I checked them out and researched before I purchased. This is the top of the line in safety, performance, ease to put together and most of all support from company.
THANK YOU FOR MY NEW LIFE WITH NO PAIN!!

Great piece of equipment. Had it one month and I am feeling a lot better. Also good for relaxing and blood circulation. Wasn’t the cheapest on the block, but by far the best constructed. Easy to assemble but could stand a little better directions. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend.
ROLAND LECOCQ –
PROS: BEST INVERSION TABLE ON THE MARKET. ALLOWS FOR FULL 180 DEGREE INVERSION, EASY ENTRY, HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION.
CONS: WHEN HANGING UPSIDE DOWN, MY ARMS COULD TOUCH THE GROUND, SO I BUILT A WOOD PLATFORM AND RAISED THE ENTIRE MACHINE WHICH ALLOWS ME TO BE TOTALLY RELAXED AND INVERTED.
I HAVE BEEN USING INVERSION MACHINES FOR 40+ YEARS, AND HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE RUBBER PARTS THAT HOLD YOUR FEET. THERE NEEDS TO BE A NUMBER TO CALL TO PURCHASE REPLACEMENT PARTS. EVENTUALLY, PARTS WEAR OUT.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TABLE.

I am always skeptical about buying stuff online. After doing much research, I came across this inversion table. I am a 6’6″ 350 lbs guy, I needed something that would hold my height and weight. This table feels SOLID, I do not worry at all about falling, the machine breaking or anything along those lines. Other reviews stated that it has some setup time, they are not lying. The table takes about 1.5 hours to set up and make sure that you have it tightly together. It weighs about 100 lbs, so if you think you are going to bring it up stairs to your room (or wherever) by yourself, think again…. though you can move it piece by piece. It is the only thing that I have found to help my back on a daily basis, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for back pain relief (as long as your doctor says it is ok for you. I have not gotten to the full inverted state yet, but I was told not to right away, let your body get used to it other wise you might pass out the first time you use it. I have already recommended it to other friends that needed something for their back. WORTH EVERY CENT!!!

I have used this for six months now and it makes a world of difference. I am 6’7″ and 400lbs and this is the only machine to hold me. It is so solid I can relax with out the worry of falling. The first day we had it my wife got on it because her hip had been bothering her for a couple of weeks and as soon as she relaxed on it I heard the pop and she had instant relief. The whole family likes to get on it. I use it twice a day and when I miss a few days I start to hurt again and I have to be diligent in using the machine. A+++++ I recommend this machine to everyone I know.

First I would like to tell you folks how wonderful this product is , as if you don’t know. We have had ours for about two years and it has been a miricale machine for myself and any other friend with back problems I can coax into getting on the table. I had a severe disc problem with my back to the point i could not walk. The doctors said I needed surgery but I resisted and did some research. Purchased this table and like magic I was for all intensive purposes cured. Since th table arrived 2 plus years ago I have had no trouble with my back ever period. I wholeheartedly endorse your product and have made many folks believers and users of the product. Thank You so much.
